Do You Ship Worldwide?
Yes, TO GLOW currently ships to the United States and its territories only.

Where Do You Ship From?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong or Florida.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?
Since we aim to process orders quickly, requests for changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. If the request is made after this time, we won’t be able to make changes, but you can return the product for a full refund once it is received.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), ensuring a secure and convenient checkout.

When Will My Order Be Processed?
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse between Monday and Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order is shipped. We do not ship on weekends or holidays, and processing may take longer during sale seasons.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?
Due to high demand, please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to arrive.

What If I Don’t Receive My Order?
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, please contact us for a full refund.

Will I Be Charged Customs and Taxes?
Our prices are in US Dollars. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery, depending on your local customs office, these fees are covered by your shipping costs. 

What Is Your Return Policy?
Refunds are available within 5 days of receiving your product. If the item arrives damaged, please contact us, and we will assist you with the return process.

What If I Receive a Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Item?
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, contact us with your order number and photos of the item. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

When Will I Receive My Refund?
Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment within 15 business days after we receive the returned item or process your cancellation request. If you haven't received the credit within that time, please contact your bank or credit card company.
